Please take a moment to read these Terms &amp; Conditions carefully, as they outline the policies that govern all reservations and stays with us. By booking through our website or any affiliated platform, you agree to these terms.<\/p><hr \/><h2><strong>1. Reservations &amp; Payments<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>All reservations require <strong>100% payment upfront<\/strong> to confirm.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Accepted payment methods:<\/p><ul><li><p><strong>PayPal<\/strong> (instant confirmation)<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Bank Transfer (BAC)<\/strong> \u2014 bookings remain in \u201cPending\u201d status until manually confirmed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>BAC transfers must be completed <strong>within 4 hours<\/strong> of booking. If payment is not received within that time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The total price is displayed in <strong>USD<\/strong>, and refunds will be issued in the same currency when applicable.<\/p><\/li><li><p>In rare cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer if authorized by management.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>2. Cancellations &amp; Modifications<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p><strong>Free cancellation<\/strong> within 24 hours of booking.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Free cancellation<\/strong> up to <strong>7 days before check-in.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Within 7 days of check-in:<\/strong> non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at management\u2019s discretion.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Date or room changes<\/strong> are allowed free of charge up to <strong>7 days before check-in<\/strong>, depending on availability.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To request a change or refund, contact us directly at <em><a href=\"\/es\/igloodomesutila@gmail.com\/\">igloodomesutila@gmail.com<\/a><\/em>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>3. Check-In &amp; Check-Out<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> Flexible, depending on ferry arrival times.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> Latest at <strong>2:00 PM<\/strong> to align with the <strong>3:20 PM La Ceiba ferry.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>4. Guest Conduct &amp; Damages<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Quiet hours:<\/strong> 11:00 PM \u2013 7:00 AM.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Any <strong>intentional or excessive damage<\/strong> caused by guests may result in additional charges or legal action.<\/p><\/li><li><p>We trust our guests to act responsibly \u2014 Utila is a small island community where respect and cooperation matter.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>5. Ferry &amp; Transportation<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Igloo Island Domes is not responsible for <strong>ferry delays, cancellations, or weather-related disruptions.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li><p>Guests can indicate their <strong>arrival ferry time<\/strong> at checkout.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Guests who do not provide an arrival time may not be met at the ferry terminal.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Ferry bookings are managed independently of Igloo Island Domes, and any disputes or refunds must be handled directly with the ferry operator.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>6. Liability &amp; Force Majeure<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Igloo Island Domes is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li><p>Personal injury, accidents, or medical issues during your stay.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Travel delays, ferry cancellations, or other external disruptions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><p>Guests are encouraged to obtain <strong>travel insurance<\/strong> before arrival.<\/p><\/li><li><p>In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., hurricanes, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters), Igloo Island Domes reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel bookings without liability.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Our total liability for any claim is limited to the <strong>amount paid for the booking.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>7. Occupancy &amp; Child Policy<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><p>Room capacity is clearly stated on each unit\u2019s listing.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>1-Queen Rooms:<\/strong> Up to 2 adults + 1 child (under 15).<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>2-Queen Rooms:<\/strong> Up to 4 adults or a combination of adults and children.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Children under 5:<\/strong> Stay free of charge.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Children aged 5\u201314:<\/strong> $40 USD per night surcharge.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>15+ years old:<\/strong> Counted as an adult for pricing purposes.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Guests must accurately declare the number of adults and children at booking.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h2><strong>8.
